“每个人都是自己健康的负责人。”
在2022年的末尾,我们对健康两个字终于有了更深刻的体会。
阳了该怎么办?怎么吃?这些都讲过无数遍了。
今天,我来跟大家讲一件新冠期间更重要,但也更容易被忽略的事——
睡觉。
睡眠质量的好坏,可能直接影响孩子对病毒的抵抗力、成长指标、甚至是学习成绩等等...
只要睡得好,病毒没处跑
小时候一生病,爸妈总让早点睡这是有科学依据的。
因为好好睡觉的人,免疫系统更强大。
近期有一篇有文章指出:睡眠不足的人,感染新冠后病症也会更明显。正是因为睡眠能让我们体内的免疫细胞免受其他因素影响,更好地和病毒进行搏斗。
所以阳了之后睡个好觉,也能让身体更快恢复。
除了影响免疫力之外,睡眠不足还有一个让所有家长闻风丧胆的副作用——变笨。
有没有觉得熬夜过后,脑子通常感觉像一团浆糊,上一秒的念头下一秒就记不得了?
其实是因为大脑塞了太多垃圾,没及时清理掉。
TED有一期演讲,谈到了充足的睡眠能帮我们清除大脑的垃圾。
只有当身体休息了,大脑中的脑脊液才会开始运作,给我们的脑子“大扫除”,把我们白天大脑产生的“垃圾”在睡眠阶段清理掉。
当你睡眠不足的时候,负责记忆的海马体就会拒绝接收“新的信息”。
所以,不要以为孩子感染了“学习株”熬夜学习不休息是什么好事。
当孩子睡眠不足时,其实学习效率很低,好的睡眠才是目前更为科学有效的补脑手段。
当务之急,就是让孩子“应睡尽睡”!
我国超一半孩子睡眠时长不足
也不要等到病毒来了,才意识到睡眠的重要性。
睡眠习惯的养成是一件长期的事。
据《2019中国青少年儿童睡眠指数白皮书》数据显示:
小学生群体中,40.2%睡眠在9小时以上,32.2%睡眠在8小时以下,平均睡眠时间为8.45小时,也就是说10个小学生中就有6个睡眠不足。
中学生群体中,仅18.9%睡眠在8小时以上,高达59.4%睡眠不足7小时,平均睡眠时间只有6.82小时,也就是说10个中学生中就有至少8个睡眠不足。
《中国国民心理健康发展报告(2019-2020)》的调查则表明:
“中国青少年儿童睡眠不足现象继续恶化,95.5%的小学生、90.8%的初中生和84.1%的高中生,睡眠时长未达标”。
而导致孩子睡眠不足的原因中,课业压力占了67.3%,妥妥成了影响孩子睡眠的第一因素。
都双减了,大家都放过孩子吧。
正如《2021世界人工智能大会》复旦大学类脑人工智能科学与技术研究院院长冯建峰所说:让孩子多多睡懒觉,真的没坏处!

那么,怎样才能让孩子睡眠更合理呢?
1睡多久才足够?
关于睡眠时长
美国睡眠基金会建议:
0-3月 :14-17小时
4-11月 :12-15小时
1-2岁 :11-14小时
3-5岁 :10-13小时
6-13岁 :9-11小时
14-17岁 :8-10小时
18-64岁 : 7-9小时
64岁以上 : 7-8小时

生长激素分泌更多的时间段为:
21:00-1:00,5:00-7:00
生长激素大量分泌的前提:
孩子处于深度睡眠状态

如何帮助孩子尽快入睡?
如何帮助孩子入睡这个问题,其实我们说过很多次,比如下面这些老生常谈的点:
营造良好的睡眠环境;
不要吃得过饱;
睡前不让孩子剧烈运动;
不讲容易让孩子激动或者害怕的故事;
但一定有妈妈发现,我们已经这么做了呀,可孩子还是不肯睡。

女儿从小时候就开始建立一套非常固定的睡前仪式,洗漱→读一本绘本→关灯听音乐→睡觉,这么多年,除了偶尔闹人,大部分时间睡觉都超省心的。
@一颗酸甜橙:摸摸摸摸
皮猴子每到晚上就特别精神,幸好我发现了一个哄睡神技——抚摸背部!就从上而下慢慢抚摸,儿子很快就安静下来,一会就睡熟啦。
介绍给了朋友,不过她家娃不吃这套,但后来她发现按摩头皮特别有用,秒入睡!哈哈哈哈,大家自己再去挖掘一下吧!

这个在分房睡的时候特别好用,我带孩子一起去买了一个他喜欢的,告诉他这就是以后和他一起睡觉的小伙伴,因为是自己喜欢的,所以他还挺开心的,把玩具当朋友,还给起了名字呢!

孩子晚上总是睡不好,时常惊醒,各种方法都试过了。更近终于通过监控发现——是被爸爸的呼噜声吵醒的!现在把爸爸撵到小屋后,果然能一觉睡到天亮了。
